Weekly Goals

As inspired by one of my favorite blogs, I have decided to post my weekly goals. I know that this will make me accountable for all of the random thoughts that pop into my head. So here goes:

1. Exercise at least 4 times for a minimum of 30 minutes
2. Try one new healthy recipe
3. Read at least 2 chapters of No Excuses, The Power of Self-Discipline by Brian Tracy
4. Register for continuing education class on preparing for discovery
5. Get rid of 7 things that we do not need
6. Plan at least 2 meals in advance 
7. Plant seeds
8. Tell my husband "I love you"
9.  Spend one hour just talking to my teenage son
