Let's try thing again...

Ahhh! I am at it again. My weight loss journey continues. I signed up to Dietbet. I pledged to lose 4% of my body weight by January 30. I am down 2 lbs with 6 to go. This time I will succeed.

Weekly Goals

As inspired by one of my favorite blogs, I have decided to post my weekly goals. I know that this will make me accountable for all of the random thoughts that pop into my head. So here goes:

1. Exercise at least 4 times for a minimum of 30 minutes
2. Try one new healthy recipe
3. Read at least 2 chapters of No Excuses, The Power of Self-Discipline by Brian Tracy
4. Register for continuing education class on preparing for discovery
5. Get rid of 7 things that we do not need
6. Plan at least 2 meals in advance 
7. Plant seeds
8. Tell my husband "I love you"
9.  Spend one hour just talking to my teenage son

In the beginning.....

 This is the beginning of a new journey for me. The beginning of my journey to be the athlete that I feel I am inside.  I just received Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. Yeah me!  This is beginning of my fitness journey. I am starting on Monday, April 16th.  I will update my stats on Sunday. Super scared to see where I am.
